Intake

Today's intake:

1 sausage

1 piece of chicken

1 pepperami

a beef burger (no roll)

a piece of cheese

Yesterday's intake:

1 breakfast bar, in 3 bits throughout the day

two pieces of smoked salmon

a piece of cheese.

Weight loss between Sunday and Thursday morning: 6 lbs

Oh. My. Goodness.

This diet was an experiment, and it's a crazy one.

Tomorrow, normal eating is phased back in :)

Good grief! Well, I'm glad you've survived The Experiment (he says, feeling slightly guilty at having just consumed a double chocolate muffin alongside his Saturday morning coffee...). Not that you ever needed to lose weight in the first place, in my humble opinion...
