Day 1 (and it's not even over yet)

It is recommended by the Health Council of Somewhere that an adult woman should consume 230g of carbohydrate each day. This week, I aim to consume 15g of carbs p/day.

This is based upon an actual diet, Dr Atkins' New Diet Revolution (yes, that one), and I have tailored it to myself. Here's how today went:

6am: low carb milkshake for breakfast = 1.5g
7.30am: low carb breakfast bar = 2.2g
1pm: Low carb nut bar = 3.3g

4pm: 2 low carb bars after work = 4g (2g each)

This brings my total, at 5pm, to 11 grams of carbohydrate today so far.
This means that dinner this evening must contain no more than 4 grams of carb, and provokes the inevitable dilemma of how the heck I'm going to work this one out.

Sausages? Tuna and cheese? Avocado? Mushrooms?

Suggestions?
